IMPROVEMENTS to Atlas Copco’s compressor range have resulted in greater Free Air Delivery (FAD) that saves users money and energy, according to the company.
Atlas says greater FAD means customers can select smaller compressors for the same applications, saving costs and boosting productivity.
The company’s 11-30kW compressor range now incorporates an integrated dryer that is said to enhance energy efficiency and air quality simultaneously.
The range also features a monitoring interface, and all models are now equipped with a high efficiency gearbox that is completely protected against dirt.
The compressors are designed for use in a variety of applications including mining, construction, manufacturing and oil and gas activities.
