IMX Resources finds Mt Woods has additional iron ore potential

IMX Resources has discovered new iron ore mineralisation at its Mt Woods, South Australia.

The company says it intersected iron ore mineralisation at a number of regional targets during a 10,000m RC drilling program, including Snaefell, Bumblebee and Fitzgerald Dam.

Duncan McBain managing director of IMX said these prospects provided additional iron ore potential within the Mt Woods tenements and in close proximity to infrastructure being developed for Cairn Hill.

McBain says the iron ore mineralisation is not just confined to what has been designated the Cairn Hill project, and the findings have opened up new scope for further exploration.
